Text Box: Video Training Cleveland Load This is a quick easy way to load & deploy High Rise packs.  We reloaded our high rise packs & apartment lays to fit this style CLEVELAND CROSS LAY CLEVELAND CROSS LAY LOAD. THIS IDEA CAME FROM THE  HIGHRISE PACK.   A simpler way to deploy Short and Mid length Pre– Connects from the truck with minimal flaking out of the line needed. Tanker shuttle operation, Ground equipment method. Usually we fill directly to a stationary tanker who then pumps off to other trucks, due to our Floating pump not flowing far less (GPM) than the one shown.
